What helps
The order number. It is in your confirmation email and looks like IFMX-2449. With it we can see exactly what you bought and what happened to it.
Making a complaint
Say what went wrong and what you would like done about it. You get an answer within three working days, and if it needs looking into, a date by which it will be settled. A complaint is not a nuisance. It is how we find out that something is broken.
If we cannot agree
A consumer dispute can be put to the courts in the Netherlands, or to a court in your own country if you live elsewhere in the European Union. Nothing in the terms takes that away.
Press and airplay
The station keeps its own address for airplay and interviews. This is only the shop.
