Times, prices and returnsWhat delivery costs
Delivery depends on where the parcel goes and what is in it. The table beside this text is worked out the same way the basket works it out, so the two can never say different numbers.
When it is posted
Online orders are posted on Thursdays. A stock item ordered by Wednesday goes out that Thursday, and a printed to order item on the first Thursday after it is printed. Once posted, the Netherlands is usually next day, Belgium and Germany about two days, the rest of Europe three to six days. The tracking number reaches you the moment the parcel is scanned.
Collecting it yourself
You can collect at the shop in The Hague instead of paying for delivery. Choose Collect in the basket, and at the checkout pick the evening you are coming: the first one offered leaves time for your order to be packed, or printed if it is made to order. Bring the order number. We hold it for fourteen days.
What we take back
A parcel that arrived damaged, a wrong item, or a wrong print. Tell us within fourteen days of it arriving, with a photo, and we send a new one or refund it. We pay the postage both ways.
What we do not take back
A shirt that does not fit, or one you no longer want. Each design's page gives its fit and its measurements across the body, so check them against a shirt you already have before you order.
Where to send it
Use the address beside this text and put the order number in the parcel. A parcel with nothing in it to say who sent it is very hard to refund.

Nearby in Europe means Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden. Prices include VAT. Where a price says from, it depends on the country, and the basket shows yours.
The basket works out which size your order needs from what is in it: letterbox up to 2 kg, small parcel up to 3 kg, parcel up to 10 kg, large parcel up to 23 kg. A letterbox parcel goes through the door, so nobody has to be in. An order too big for one box goes as two or more, each at the parcel price.
